Instructions
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper, then add the whole mess to a 9-inch greased pie plate.
- Bake at around 350˚F for about 15 minutes or until eggs are set well.
- Remove from oven and top with sauce and other toppings as you please. Then, return the pie to the oven for at least another 5 minutes to melt cheese and soften other ingredients.

That’s a great idea! I’m going to try this. I watched your video about trick of baking pizza on a grill. I like that you get straight to the point. Do you have anymore healthy pizza recipes? I’d love to see some more as I like to eat healthy, but I don’t have the patience to come up with new ideas. Thanks!
