This is one healthy creation! If you study the ingredients, they're pretty much above reproach on all counts. They're all conducive to a healthy lifestyle. The crust is a variable but we'd suggest just about any thin crust. To make life easier for you, you can stock up some inventory (see links above).

Ingredients
- 17 inch whole wheat or thin pizza crust
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 ounces shredded cooked chicken
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves chopped or whole

Instructions
- Gently brush crust with oil and top with all ingredients except basil leaves. After baking, sprinkle basil leaves before serving.
