Every review and guide on Pizza Oven Review is published by The Pizza Oven Review Desk— our independent testing team. We're the people firing the ovens and clocking the floor temperatures so you don't have to.

Our promise

  • Verified, always. No oven gets ranked on box claims. We pin down peak floor temperature, time-to-heat, and recovery between pies from verified documentation and the consistent testimony of real owners. It's the whole reason we exist.
  • Independence over payouts. We earn affiliate commissions on some links, but verdicts are set on the merits before money is considered. A brand can't buy a spot, a badge, or a softer sentence. See our disclosure.
  • Real numbers, honest limits. When we cite a temperature, we tell you whose number it is: the manufacturer's stated maximum, or what owners consistently clock in real backyards. We're a research desk, not a calibrated lab, and we're straight about it.
